Infant and Toddler Massage is a wonderful way to relax with your child. Massage also helps with the ABC's - Attachment, Bonding, and Communication. You and your child can have a special time together everyday by learning infant and toddler massage. The power of touch is amazing.
Massage has many benefits for children of all ages.
Massage promotes relaxation, reduces the effect of stress, aids in strengthening the immune system, increases flexibility and eases aches and pains from exercise, sports, illness or injury. Massage also aids in sleeping for naps and bedtime.
If your child is in dancing or sports massage can help your childs muscles relax and also help any soreness from their dancing or sport.
If your child is having a problem sleeping due to stress, anxiety or even suffers from night terrors massage can help relax your child and bring down the stress and anxiety.
Infant and Toddler Massage Classes are available so you yourself can learn how to massage your infant or toddler and have that special time together. Infant and Toddler Massage Classes are held in 2 to 3 sessions depending on how many parent/child sets we have in the class, or if you feel that a third session would help you feel more secure in massaging your infant/toddler. The cost for the infant or toddler massage class is $60.00 for all the classes in my office. I am also available if you would prefer to have the class at your home, church or daycare for a small additional fee depending on the location.
